Description: A charming café and cake shop that I have had the pleasure of visiting on numerous occasions. The staff is consistently helpful and they thoughtfully offer decaffeinated tea, which is always appreciated.
There is a significant step at the main entrance, which I was able to navigate in my sizable power wheelchair, but I am uncertain if someone using a manual wheelchair would be able to manage without assistance.
The side door entrance provides level entry, however, to place an order, one must proceed to the till, which is only accessible via steps. There is a single accessible table near the main entrance, which we had the foresight to reserve, but its availability may not be guaranteed.
The establishment spans three levels, with the second and third levels featuring substantial steps that are insurmountable for wheelchair users. While there are restrooms on the premises, I am unable to provide information regarding their accessibility. It is noteworthy that the café is dog-friendly and even boasts a wall dedicated to photographs of dogs. They also offer a delightful treat called a “puppacino” for our canine companions.[food]
