Description: The food is of good quality and the prices are reasonable.
Upon arrival, there is ample disabled parking available, which is free of charge if you register your vehicle registration number. The signage for this is clear and easy to understand. However, there are four rather steep steps leading up to the entrance. We later discovered a ramp on the far side of the patio, but the tables on the patio made it somewhat difficult to access the ramp. At the top of the ramp, there was a large sign blocking my path, forcing me to walk on the road, which is not ideal. We then encountered another ramp, and this was the first signage we found indicating an accessible entrance.
The door to the pub opens by pulling towards you, which is manageable if you are with someone but not if you are alone. Once inside, the locals and staff were very helpful. However, when we tried to find the accessible toilet, there were no signs directing us to it from the restaurant. We had to ask a staff member, who directed us to the other side of the bar.
The toilet is a bit small, but it is wheelchair accessible. However, turning or transferring may be difficult due to the limited space. There are adequate grab bars around the toilet and sink.[food]
